Holly Knowlton
ABOUT ME:
Wife, mother of three, and a dedicated Air Force member currently serving with 16 years of military experience, including time in the Army. I'm passionate about my family and serving my country. When I'm not on duty or not coaching, you can find me exploring new places with my loved ones, enjoying local fairs and concerts, or playing intramural sports with friends and family. I'm also an avid reader who enjoys unwinding with a good book.
COACHING PHILOSOPHY:
As a coach, my primary goal is to cultivate confident athletes by instilling a strong sense of self-belief and fostering an environment where they feel empowered to perform at their best. I am a firm believer in process-oriented coaching, prioritizing player development and growth over immediate win-loss records, as I believe this approach paves the way for lasting success. Mutual regard is a cornerstone of my coaching; I expect my athletes to demonstrate respect for opponents, officials, and teammates always. Above all, I strive to kindle a deep and enduring love for the sport within each athlete, nurturing an environment of passion and enthusiasm for the game.
